Farrow and Ball - Trade Marketing Lead, Wimborne (37.5 hours per week)
We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our Trade Marketing team in Wimborne as a Trade Marketing Lead. We are offering this position on a full-time, hybrid working basis - working 2 days per week in our office in wimborne.
Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager and working closely with the UK & EU Third Party sales team, the Trade Marketing Lead is accountable for supporting and executing brand strategies, marketing campaigns and initiatives adapted to the relevant market. You will be part of the Trade marketing team responsible for presentation, activation, and communication to our 3rd party stockists.
This role will suit a pro-active individual who is organised, adaptable, enthusiastic and a self-starter.
What we expect from you as a Trade Marketing Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Business communications
* Campaign presentations, guidelines and asset delivery
* Maintaining presentation standards and merchandising in line with brand and trade strategy
* Maintaining up to date 3rd party compliance guidelines e.g Prospecting Pack, ICT brochure, Creating the Look and Stockist Information Pack
* Support 3rd party audit of range and merchandising in stockists
* Support for stockist Ecommerce presentation standards
* Work with the sales teams and agents to sell in campaign into the markets
* Support Learning and Development and the sales team to inform 3rd party training and education programme
* Identify opportunities and develop 3rd party events and activations through 3rd party channels including physical stores, conferences, publications, email, social and web. Adapting to consumer profiles.
* Plan and execute global trade events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity
* Ensure programmes are developed and delivered to budgets
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through evaluating results
* Monitor customer, market and competitor activity in the décor industry
* Order entry and imagery/content support
Key Attributes:
* Proven background working within a similar role essential
* Highly desirable - second languages skills, in particular French or German.
* Highly desirable - Experience in event management
* Able to deliver business benefits/business result

* Able to develop effective relationships and work cross functionally
* Able to adapt to work in an ever-changing multi-cultural environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
