Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Sales Experience Required)


A high-performing global search firm is looking for sales professionals to join its world-class delivery function. What You’ll Be Doing


* Working deeply on qualified, director-vetted vacancies with £20k–£30k+ deal sizes
* Running candidate processes with high-calibre professionals, requiring credibility and commercial acumen
* Conducting detailed conversations about company growth, investment, tech stacks, and market positioning
* Learning from proven top performers who have built multi-million-pound teams
* Growing into a specialist who clients proactively approach with headcount requirements
* Operating in a supportive, high-performance, office-based culture where standards are elite


Ideal Trainee Profile


* Strong sales background (B2B, telesales, field sales, or similar)
* Intelligent, articulate, and naturally curious
* Extremely driven and goal-oriented
* Comfortable working hard — and being pushed out of their comfort zone
* Wants a career, not just a job
* Open to coaching, development, and being challenged by senior leaders
* Bonus: strong academics OR evidence of exceptional work ethic (e.g., sports, physical challenges, top sales performance, entrepreneurial experience)
