Discovery & Requirements Gathering – Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyse current service and maintenance processes, identify gaps, and document functional/business requirements for the IFS Service & Maintenance module.
Solution Design & Configuration – Translate requirements into IFS configurations and setups, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Implementation & Integration – Deploy the Service & Maintenance module, including data migration, testing, and integration with other IFS modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Projects).
Training & Knowledge Transfer – Deliver end-user training, create supporting documentation, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
