We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our National Distribution Center’s team in Northampton.
We offer a permanent full-time contract. Working hours are 8:30 am—4:30 pm, then 9:30 am—5:30 pm Monday through Thursday (on a weekly rotation) and 9:00 am—5:00 pm Friday.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Duties involve processing customer orders for hospitals in an accurate manner
2. Coordinate customer queries and complaints, ensuring resolutions for Baxter and our customers
3. Build partnerships and strong working relationships with teams to provide a consistent, quality customer experience. to support product distribution
4. Be a role model and a trusted advisor by showcasing your values and providing a customer-centric approach in every customer interaction
