Bank receptionist / admin assistant

About the role

We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly admin team at County Hospital, Invergordon as a bank receptionist. The successful candidate will work primarily at the main hospital reception, with occasional duties at other areas of the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Answering telephone calls and handling queries
• Booking appointments and managing schedules
• Completing paperwork and maintaining accurate filing systems
• Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house service

What we’re looking for

• Self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good educational background and minimum two years’ office experience
• Accurate keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work

Monday – Friday 0800-1700
