Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, reliable, and able to manage financial administration processes in a school-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in line with organisational requirements.
* Create and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Monitor accounts and actively chase overdue payments, ensuring cashflow is maintained.
* Maintain clear, accurate financial records and update systems as required.
* Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external partners to resolve queries.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance function as needed.
Requirements
* Previous experience in finance administration, invoicing.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Xero.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
