The Role
As Class Teacher, you will:
* Take full responsibility for a class (year group to be confirmed based on experience and school need)
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents
* Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The school is looking for a teacher who combines strong classroom practice with warmth, high expectations and a genuine commitment to pupil progress.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will:
* Hold UK QTS
* Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation
* Show commitment to inclusive practice and raising attainment
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Be seeking a long-term opportunity within a supportive and forward-thinking school
This position would suit both experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
