Objective and Key Results Technology Consultant

We are looking for an OKR Performance Specialist to join our team and help us create OKRs and embed best practices.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team at the start of its journey to implement OKRs.
A bit about the job:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising OKRs across Aviva IWR CIO and exploring plans for wider adoption.
You will train, coach, and support leaders and employees on OKR methodology and goal-setting best practices, emphasizing their connection to work.
Once implemented, you will monitor progress against OKRs and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
You will also develop approaches for improving team and employee performance based on data analysis and key results.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
* Strong understanding of objectives and key results methodology and best practices
* Ability to coach and support individuals at all levels in effective OKR creation and implementation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements, with attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders

* Salary: circa £80,000 in the regions, circa £90,000 in London, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
