We are seeking a diligent and organised Temporary Customer Service Coordinator on a temporary basis to provide robust support to our client's customer service team in the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is based in Ellesmere Port and requires exemplary customer service skills and a keen eye for detail. Description Responsible for customer daily account management, providing quotations, sharing product knowledge, dealing with customer enquiries & complaints. Being first point of contact for the customer, dealing with all customer enquiries & complaints when required.
