Job Description
As our next Reservations Team Member, you…
8. Will deal with guest enquiries, questions and requirements for reservations of Hotel rooms in helpful and speedy manner.
9. Will support the sales department, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay with us and Hotel Room Sale has reached required level.
10. Will be responsible for the day-to-day duties with accepting and entering individual/groups reservations.
11. Assist in Front Office as required, especially with guest check in and check out during peak periods of activity
Qualifications
You are an autonomous and passionate individual, dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
By joining us as a Reservations Team Member, you will become part of a friendly team of 55 talents. Our hotel offers 206rooms, 8 conference rooms and a leisure centre, with gym, sauna, steam room and pool.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
