Print Finisher
£25,000 - £29,835 p/a DOE, Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, Permanent, 31 days annual leave including bank holidays, life insurance, onsite parking.
The Role
A well-established, leading UK mailing company currently has an exciting opportunity for a Print Finisher to join their team based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the production, fulfilment, and distribution of mail within a busy and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Working across various areas of the production department and operating various machines and equipment for binding, printing, cutting and more.
Assisting in the production, fulfilment, and distribution of mail
Learning and implementing numerous production processes (full training provided)
Ensuring all job instructions are followed and paperwork completed accurately
Actively contributing to all aspects of the production department
Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively to meet deadlines
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a "can-do" mentality. Basic numeracy, written skills, and computer literacy are desirable, along with strong organisational and planning abilities. You should be self-motivated, able to use your initiative, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and flexibility to work overtime when required are highly desirable. Prior experience as a Print Finisher if preferred but not essential.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Production Operative, Manufacturing Assistant, or Fulfilment Operative.
