3. A remote home-based role covering the West Midlands
4. Managing the refurbishments and planned maintenance for residential properties
5. Direct line management for a team of Building Surveyors
6. Overseeing external contractors delivering maintenance upgrades for the property portfolio
7. Management of Fire Risk Assessments
8. EPC's and stock condition programmes
9. Property compliance and M&E
10. H&S and CDM
11. Budget management
12. Strategic planning
The Successful Applicant
13. Experience in leading a team of building surveyors
14. Understanding of the affordable housing or care sectors property regulations
15. Proven track record managing planned refurbishment construction projects
16. Relevant construction/property qualifications
