About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a proven closer who excels in driving momentum, taking ownership, and winning deals. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from the initial conversation through to the signed contract.
With a strong flow of inbound leads (around 75%) alongside targeted outbound activity, you will work closely with our strategic carrier partners to nurture opportunities and convert them into long-term customers. Hybrid working. 3 days in the office (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Salary: £40K - £50K + OTE £30K (uncapped)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signature, including identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.
* Execute targeted outbound sales strategies while leveraging demand generated through strategic partnerships to secure new clients.
* Work closely with our Integrations and Client Success teams to ensure new customers have a seamless onboarding experience.
* Contribute to the company’s growth strategy through target account mapping, market intelligence, and insights on prospective clients.
* Collaborate with Business Development and Channel teams to develop and execute engagement strategies with key carrier partners.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting in line with company objectives.
Experience That Fits This Role
* You will bring proven experience of successfully working in a closing-focused Account Executive role, ideally selling into ecommerce or retail-focused businesses, with clear ownership of the full sales cycle and a track record of closing deals.
* Highly technically proficient, with confidence using CRM systems and sales automation tools, and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for both automated outreach and direct client interactions.
* You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities and a large pipeline simultaneously without losing momentum.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover client pain points and position effective, scalable solutions.
* Highly proactive and driven, comfortable working independently, taking ownership of a significant pipeline, and driving results through both direct engagement and structured sales processes.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
* Open and eager to learn new systems, technologies, and processes, with structured training provided and a genuine opportunity for development as the business grows.
