Brake Press Operator duties and responsibilities
- Studying blueprints and specification sheets to understand technical requirements
- Setting a computer-controlled press brake to project specifications
- Ensuring proper positioning and alignment of metal inside the press brake
- Monitoring the pressing process
- Measuring and inspecting the finished sheet metal to ensure it matches specifications
- Troubleshooting and addressing problems that arise during the pressing process
- Performing routine maintenance on the press brake
- Complying with all health and safety standards in the manufacturing facility

This position is commutable from the following areas Hanley, Stoke on Trent, Newcastle under Lyme, Chesterton, Audley, Meir, Longton, Fenton and surrounding areas
