At Moves Method, were building the defining platform for movement restoration.
Our AI-powered mobility app pairs camera-based assessment with personalized programming, all backed by real movement science. Were early, we move fast, and were building something that genuinely changes how people feel in their bodies.
Now were looking for an engineer who builds with AI, not just alongside it.
What this actually is
Youll own what you build, and youll care whether it works for the people using it. This isnt a project role where specs get handed down. Youll know when to move fast and validate, and when to slow down and build something solid, and youll make that call yourself. Youll get it right most of the time.
The product is early enough to genuinely shape. Small team, quick decisions.
The stack today is iOS and TypeScript, but were at the stage where the stack evolves with the product.
What youll do
Own and evolve your codebase with a real sense of quality and architecture. Build features end-to-end, concept to production. Use AI tools natively in your workflow as a genuine force multiplier, not a shortcut. Help the team level up on AI-native development by sharing what you learn. And weigh in on what we build, not just how.
Who were hoping to meet
Someone with a strong mobile engineering background and a track record of shipping production apps (iOS, Android, or cross-platform). Youre somewhere on the journey from AI-curious to AI-native; you dont need it all figured out, but youre moving that way and genuinely excited about what agentic development opens up. Youve got sound judgment on technical trade-offs, knowing when good enough is right and when it isnt. You think like a product owner who cares about outcomes, not just delivery. Breadth beyond mobile is a bonus (TypeScript/Node or backend experience welcome), and you communicate clearly in a small, remote-first team.
