What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating rotas and mentoring your teamProviding hands-on support with personal care, medication, and clinical needsCommunicating with family members, health professionals, and the Care ManagerSharing everyday moments and extraordinary ones that make a real difference
Hours
Contract: 6-month fixed term (36 hours per week)Shifts: Days (8am8pm) and Nights (8pm8am)Weekend availability required
