Early Years Practitioner / HLTA

Monarch Education is working closely with a welcoming primary school in the Worksop (S80) area, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner, Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or HLTA to join their Early Years team.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children in their crucial early stages of learning. You will work closely with class teachers and EYFS staff to provide a safe, engaging and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
* Delivering small‑group or whole‑class activities (HLTA responsibilities where applicable)
* Creating a warm, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
* Supporting children’s social, emotional and behavioural development
* Observing, recording and contributing to assessments of pupil progress
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Qualifications and Experience
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or HLTA status
* Experience working in an EYFS setting
* A caring, patient and positive approach
* Strong understanding of child development and early learning
* Good behaviour and emotional regulation support skills
* A genuine passion for helping young children thrive
