Role Overview: Domiciliary Care Manager

The Domiciliary Care Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents. You will oversee the delivery of personalized care services in our Assisted Living and Independent Living apartments, manage a dedicated team of caregivers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership and expertise are vital in creating a supportive and nurturing environment, fostering independence and dignity for all residents. Minimum Requirements

* Proven experience in managing domiciliary or home care services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and UK healthcare standards.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
