About You You will be a technically strong, commercially minded and client-focused residential property lawyer with: • over 4 years’ PQE in residential real estate • Proven experience managing a full caseload independently • Strong technical ability and attention to detail • Confidence handling demanding clients and complex matters • Sound knowledge of AML requirements, including robust SoF and SoW checks • Ability to meet billing targets and contribute to winning new work • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A professional, proactive and personable personal brand Business Development & Team Contribution You will be encouraged and supported to: • Build and deepen long-term client relationships • Attend and contribute to networking and marketing events • Write articles, website content and LinkedIn posts • Support training, mentoring and knowledge-sharing • Assist with developing and maintaining precedents • Take an active role in departmental and firm-wide initiatives Culture & Environment This is a firm where lawyers are trusted, supported and encouraged to grow.
