A leading transformation consultancy is expanding its senior SAP architecture capability and looking for a Senior Manager – SAP S / 4HANA Solution Architect to join a rapidly growing practice delivering some of the most complex and brand‑defining S / 4HANA programmes in the UK.
This is a team known for disrupting the market, taking on high‑impact transformation work, and nurturing a startup‑like culture where ideas flow bottom‑up and diversity of thought is genuinely valued.
If you enjoy designing end‑to‑end S / 4 solutions, influencing senior stakeholders, and setting the architectural direction on large‑scale programmes — this is a standout opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing, configuring and deploying S / 4HANA solutions that align with best practice and architectural standards.
* Leading solution architecture assessments and shaping the solution strategy with key senior stakeholders.
* Translating business requirements into robust, scalable and technically sound designs.
* Making key design decisions with a focus on “adopt, not adapt” principles.
* Addressing complex technical challenges and creating strategies to resolve them.
* Mobilising delivery teams and establishing the right artefacts, governance and delivery structure.
* Supporting pre‑sales, bids and proposals, and contributing to pipeline growth.
What they’re looking for
* Deep expertise in one or more core SAP domains : Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, or EAM.
* Proven experience leading solution design on multiple end‑to‑end S / 4HANA implementations.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the evolving SAP technology landscape.
* Strong advisory mindset — able to simplify complex architecture to senior, non‑technical audiences.
* Strong understanding of best practice architecture and design principles.
* Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
* Pre‑sales experience with the confidence to shape and sell architectural solutions.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
