Duties - Product Support Engineer
Drive technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
Host customer visits related to returned units
Manage customer expectations and progress timelines
Author and support aftermarket technical documentation
Collaborate with internal engineers to rectify and improve products
Background - Product Support Engineer
Practical engineering problem-solving skills
Excellent communication
Commercial awareness – customer facing
Engineering qualification preferred
