You will be responsible for promoting and supporting on-site system compliance for all Etex BP Framework Partner specifications. Your role will involve traveling to sites across the South, providing technical support and advice on the installation of Siniat products.
What you’ll do:
* Provide ongoing technical support for Etex BP projects, advising and answering technical inquiries to support project requirements.
* Offer practical training on Etex BP products and systems to customers as needed.
* Attend sites to investigate and report on product failures and advise on remedial actions.
* Provide internal practical training and advice to colleagues as required.
* Deliver Toolbox talks at sites, demonstrating correct installation of Siniat materials and highlighting main differences in Siniat systems.
* Make recommendations and confirm in writing via site visit reports.
* Assist with ongoing training of colleagues on project management processes and CRM usage.
What you’ll bring:
* An organized, proactive, and computer-literate individual with determination, confident in contacting diverse customers.
* Good knowledge of drywall systems and site working practices, preferably with practical site experience.
* Understanding of building contracts, including Design & Build, Traditional, Procure 21, CLAW, partnering agreements, and envelope schemes.
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
