Under the overall management and guidance of the Property Services Manager you will assist in delivering and coordinating a surveying service to adopt a zero-tolerance approach for the following areas:
* Damp, Mould & Condensation inspections
* Stock Condition inspections
* Estate Condition inspections
* EPC Assessments
