What you’ll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will lead our commercial strategy, driving growth and innovation within the General Merchandise sector. You will report to Senior Commercial Manager - Travel and manage a dynamic team dedicated to achieving excellence. Your insights will shape our approach, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance market presence.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
* Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decision‑making.
* Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
* Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
What you’ll need to have (must‑haves)
* Proven experience in commercial management within retail or healthcare sectors.
* Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for driving change and making a positive impact.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in product development and marketing strategies.
* Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations.
* A track record of successful project management.
