Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality PA and secretarial support to the team
* Preparing, formatting, and proofreading property particulars and marketing materials
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
* Diary management and appointment scheduling
* Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and emails
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role (ideally within property or professional services)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Confident in dealing with clients and external contacts
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
