Mainly based out of the North London facility in the flagship site, playing a key role in the company’s continued success. With an annual turnover exceeding £60 million, the business supplies many of the UK’s leading supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, and cafés, offering strong job security backed by a company established in the early 1990s.The site operates a high-quality, end-to-end manufacturing process, utilising bespoke equipment throughout. While certain areas are fully automated, the facility also incorporates hand-crafted machinery to add detailed finishing and design elements, ensuring the premium quality of the final product remains consistent. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the operation — delivering projects that drive capacity, efficiency, and innovation in a complex, fast-moving production setting. Key Responsibilities as a Project Manager. Lead end-to-end engineering projects (design → build → commissioning → handover) Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standards Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements Manage contractors, suppliers, and on-site activities Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations (CDM) Work cross-functionally with Operations, Technical, and other teams Support maintenance strategy and continuous improvement The Requirements as a Project Manager.
