The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or fabrication background with a clear ambition to develop professionally and personally at a rapid pace. This is a full time hybrid role with a salary of £40k- £50k DOE. This pivotal role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement, playing a vital part in understanding customer needs, building lasting relationships, and driving company growth. You must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites and events as needed. Key responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, gaining a deep understanding of their processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing value-added solutions. Travel to customer sites, both within the UK and internationally, where necessary, to build relationships, assess opportunities, and support business growth.
