The Role
As a Recruitment Delivery Consultant, you will:
* Source, engage and shortlist high‑calibre candidates
* Partner closely with senior directors on specialist mandates
* Manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey
* Build talent pipelines across niche verticals
* Deliver high‑quality shortlists at pace
* Share market insights and generate candidate leads
About You
* Experience in recruitment delivery, 180 or 360 roles
* Relevant market experience (Finance, Compliance, Treasury, Risk, Insurance) would be helpful but we are open to other sectors if you have the right attitude and approach.
* Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct search
* Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
* Highly organised, proactive and delivery‑focused
* Able to thrive in a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment
