My client is a Regional Civil Engineering Contractor based in Cambridgeshire. Due to continued growth, the Commercial Lead is looking to bolster his team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can commercially manage individual projects simultaneously.
Typical duties:
Placing Sub-Contract Orders
Managing the various Packages
Cost Reporting
Final Accounts
The ideal candidate will have:
A Civil Engineering Contracting background (5 year min.)
Earthworks experience
NEC & JCT Contract Experience
