You'll:Manage multiple bars and drink reception operations across diverse events.Lead, motivate and inspire a large casual and permanent team, creating a positive and collaborative culture.Oversee stock planning, ordering, and control – ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost management.Support with drinks menu writing, SOP development, and innovative service delivery.Work closely with senior management, event leads, and hospitality teams to deliver outstanding service for every client and guest.Ensure compliance with all licensing, health & safety, and food safety requirements.Please take the time to read the attached job descriptionWhat You Bring:You'll be an experienced bar professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
