* Drive Succession: support recruitment and onboarding within your area, build robust team structures, promote Pret’s values and behaviours, embrace Thoughtful Leadership principles, ensure the right people are in the right places and support your team’s wellbeing.
* Drive your business: coach and support managers to ensure their teams deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards for quality and safety, drive sales and profit through forecasting, rosters, ordering and production, analyse results and maintain full P&L accountability.
* Drive and embed change: act as ambassador for change, communicate effectively with your team, ensure successful implementation of new standards or initiatives, provide constructive feedback and keep the team informed of business changes.
* Role scope: senior member of shop teams; manage a number of General Managers reporting into you while also overseeing your own shop and team in an area of London.
* Reporting: the Group Manager reports into an Operations Manager.
* Hours and location: full time (42 hours per week) based in London.
