The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager (6-month FTC) to play a key role in managing the development and production of board games and toys for a diverse range of clients.
Based in Camden Town, London, you’ll manage products from concept through to delivery — collaborating with brands to bring exciting, high-quality games to market. Your hands-on experience and creative problem-solving skills will help turn ideas into real products enjoyed by consumers around the world.
Position Title
Project Manager – 6 Months FTC
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients to ensure smooth production of board games and toys, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related queries
* Understand product briefs and game rules, working with the internal development team to create detailed product specifications
* Manage client expectations across design, development, costing, and manufacturing timelines
* Oversee the approval process for digital and physical proofs, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage
* Plan and manage project milestones to keep production on schedule and ensure timely shipment
* Track production progress and proactively resolve issues, keeping both clients and internal teams informed
* Ensure all safety testing and technical compliance requirements are met, including:
* Reviewing artwork for warnings and legal information
* Ensuring test costs are approved on time
* Keeping documentation organised and shared with clients
* Coordinate with engineering, sourcing, QA/QC, and shipping teams in Hong Kong and China, as well as factories, to ensure quality and timely production

* Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes
* Strong team player who can also take ownership of projects independently
* Ability to prioritise, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* Positive, can-do attitude with strong energy and enthusiasm
Tech Skills
* Experience with project management tools (we use Wrike)
* Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite to review artwork
* Proficient in spreadsheets and Google Docs
Nice to Haves
* Project management certification
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK
* Interest in board games and knowledge of the industry
* Awareness of AI tools in project management
* Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks (e.g. opening files, moving objects)
