This role sits at the heart of finance partnering and commercial decision making, offering the opportunity to shape how data and insight are used across a complex organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, translating financial and operational data into clear insight that influences planning, performance, and future strategy.

The Role
* Deliver high-quality financial analysis and insight to support planning, forecasting, and performance management
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide clear, commercially focused recommendations
* Design and develop automated reporting and dashboards to improve visibility of business performance
* Build and maintain models to forecast future outcomes and support reforecasting activity
* Contribute to data and reporting transformation initiatives across finance
* Coach and support colleagues, helping to build data and analytics capability within the team
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience delivering financial data and performance insight
* Advanced capability with data analysis and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI, or equivalent platforms
* Proven ability to build forecasting models and reporting solutions that drive decision making
* Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to financial and non-financial audiences
* A continuous improvement mindset, with experience supporting others to develop data capability
