What are your contributions to the team?
1. Design, deliver, and maintain technical training programs, including scheduling, materials, and evaluations.
2. Develop curriculum, training content, and multimedia teaching aids for technical and compliance training (e.g., EWIS, FTS, HF).
3. Manage training records, certification tracking, and regulatory compliance.
4. Use and enhance LMS systems and e-learning solutions.
5. Coordinate external stakeholders for course bookings and materials.
6. Conduct training needs analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Deliver inductions, coaching sessions, and technical expertise to support operational excellence.
8. Oversee apprenticeship programs: design, delivery, compliance (ESFA, Ofsted), and quality assurance.
9. Monitor learner progress, manage apprenticeship levy funds, and produce performance reports.
10. Build strong employer and provider relationships to maximize workforce development opportunities.
11. Lead and support training teams, ensuring high standards and learner success.
Apprenticeship Management Responsibilities:
12. Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and relevant standards.
13. Monitor learner progress and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
14. Manage apprenticeship levy funds and report on key performance metrics.
15. Build strong employer partnerships and collaborate with training providers and awarding bodies.
16. Supervise and support staff involved in apprenticeship delivery.
How to thrive in this role?
17. You have a degree in a related subject and/or equivalent industry experience and/or qualification.
18. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in aviation maintenance (Preferably Part 145 environment).
19. You have experience and relevant qualification in the field of learning, adult education, project management, coaching.
