The Role – Behaviour Mentor
We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a SEMH school in Barking. You will work with students in KS3 and KS4, providing 1:1 and group support to help them manage their behaviour and develop social and emotional skills. Your role will involve building strong, trusting relationships, using restorative approaches, and encouraging pupils to build confidence, resilience, and positive attitudes to learning. Candidates with experience in youth work, mentoring, or SEMH settings are encouraged to apply.
