The Opportunity: Branch Manager
The Branch Manager leads a team of administrative and advisory colleagues, fostering a high-performance culture through effective coaching, recruitment support, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* People Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate a team of Legal Advisors and Administrators to deliver high performance and exceptional client outcomes.
* Client Engagement: Champion a client-first approach, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints.
* Operational Service Delivery: Drive a right first time mentality across all operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Compliance & Governance: Ensure the branch operates in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements.
* Performance & Commercial Impact: Monitor and report on individual and team performance against KPIs, including client satisfaction, compliance, and conversion rates.
* Community Engagement: Act as a visible ambassador for the branch within the local community, building relationships to support education and engagement.
