Due to upcoming projects and promotion we are expanding our excellent team in the area of Construction Project Management at Sellafield
In this role you will lead all Strategic and Operational Constructability, Construction and Handover activities for Multi Million £ New Build and Retrofit projects, including;
Direct Construction Operations both at a Programme and Delivery levels from team formation and planning through to field delivery and execution
Provide support to the Management Team with Constructability strategy throughout all aspects of both ongoing Project Development and Delivery.
Ensure reliability in the working detail and construction documentation to compile the work instructions, RAMS and installation sequencing making sure that accurate profiles are maintained.
Ensure that the Programme’s Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality Policies are implemented across all projects including liaison with QHSE and Industrial Relations to promote continuous improvement policies
Lead the development of procedures and techniques for constructability, advances in information technology and QA/QC improvements
Lead Project Management, ensuring that construction execution strategies are developed and implemented in line with Project Execution Strategies
Applications are eagerly sought from Senior Construction Managers with demonstrable experience in leading all aspect of projects from trialling right through to Execution, Delivery and Handover.
