About The Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will contribute to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist Care homes, understanding that our Residents are individuals with their own stories. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to those we care for.
Please note, we have two 16-hour contracts per week.
Your responsibilities include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning duties, your approach will be guided by kindness and professionalism.

About You
While prior experience as a Housekeeper is preferred, we provide excellent training. The ideal candidate will have strong time management and organizational skills, positive energy, and the ability to get along well with others. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear instruction, are essential. Kindness and consideration in all interactions with residents and colleagues are paramount.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary are required.
