Drive the promotion and sale of memberships, professional development programmes, courses, events, and qualification study packages. Engage both prospective and current members to highlight the benefits of membership and maximise commercial income. Main Duties and Responsibilities Membership Promotion Promote and sell membership offerings. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of becoming a member. Sales of Courses, Events, and Study Packages Drive sales by providing clear and detailed information to support customer decision-making. Member Engagement Strengthen relationships with existing members, reinforcing benefits and building loyalty. Identify and implement strategies to increase commercial income. Market Insight Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform service offerings and ensure relevance. Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective and consistent customer engagement. Prospecting Activities Contact members to encourage event participation. Conduct outreach campaigns targeting: Members without formal qualifications Secondary or dual memberships Recently qualified individuals Learners at various stages of their development Legislative and regulatory updates Act on feedback and provide tailored advice to enhance member experience. Promotion Regularly highlight the benefits of membership, training, events, and other initiatives. Promote engagement in CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and encourage feedback. Qualifications and Responsibilities by Area Qualifications Demonstrate strong knowledge of the relevant qualifications offered. Support prospective members through the qualification process and manage study bundles. Prepare proposals and liaise with external stakeholders as required. Courses Develop region-specific promotional materials. Provide course information aligned with member needs. Manage bookings, invoicing, and updates using CRM systems. Events Create promotional content for regional and national events. Manage bookings, payments, and communication. Attend and represent the organisation at events and conferences. Leadership Training Programme Handle enquiries, invitations, invoicing, and confidentiality agreements. Maintain programme records and communication with delegates. Administration Maintain accurate records within the CRM system. Process renewals, payments, invoices, and unsubscribe requests. Export data for marketing use and assist with peak-period membership queries. Key Working Relationships Collaborate across Membership, Training, Events, and Qualifications teams to ensure coordinated sales and marketing efforts. Partner with other departments for smooth service delivery. Maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders and partners. Job Requirements and Skills Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Marketing: Experience in executing promotional strategies. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the relevant industry and regulatory environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data handling. Teamwork & Autonomy: Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Adaptability: Able to respond positively to new challenges. Organisation: Skilled at managing time, tasks, and deadlines effectively. Travel: Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle required. Willingness to travel to events and conferences, with overnight stays as needed (expenses covered). Basic Salary Bonus Education / Experience GCSEs (Grade C or above) in English, Mathematics, and Science (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years experience in administration and customer service.
