Car Sales Advisor New & Used Vehicles
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Full-time (including weekends on a rota basis)
OTE: £40,000
We are looking for 2 Car Sales Advisors to join a busy Nottingham dealership as part of an exciting expansion and the introduction of a new vehicle brand.
This role is all about putting customers first, building trust, and guiding them through a transparent, supportive car-buying experience. Youll work with both new and used vehicles, understanding customer needs, arranging test drives, and managing relationships from enquiry through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and support customers in the showroom and via digital/telephone enquiries
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
* Explain vehicle features, finance options, and additional products in a compliant and ethical way
* Arrange and conduct test drives
* Manage customer relationships from enquiry to handover
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent customer experience
