About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Pre-Delivery Inspector (PDI) to join our Manufacturing Quality team in Warwick. In this hands-on role, you will ensure every vehicle leaving the facility meets customer specifications and quality standards, supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in-process quality audits, including torque settings and hydraulic pressure checks
Systematically test vehicles in line with inspection procedures
Confirm compliance with customer specifications before vehicles are released
Record build standards and faults for analysis and improvement
Work closely with manufacturing teams to implement quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data collection and feedback
About You Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles (light vehicle or HGV)
Experience in vehicle inspection or specialist vehicle assembly (desirable)
Understanding of hydraulic systems and quality assurance processes
Able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Team player with a proactive can-do attitude
Mechanical qualifications, HGV licence, or tachograph training are a bonus
Driving licence and flexibility for overtime are desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
