Candidate requirements:
* Experience working with residents with dementia
* Genuine interest in residents' wellbeing
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and organize activities
* Effective time management and planning skills
* Ability to build self-esteem and stay informed about new activities
Responsibilities include:
* Organizing tailored and group activities, including themed events
* Booking entertainment and external suppliers
* Planning trips considering accessibility and transport
* Contributing to activity planning to enhance residents' quality of life
* Maintaining records of participation and needs
* Participating in fundraising events
General duties:
* Attending staff meetings
* Completing mandatory and developmental training
* Effective communication with staff, relatives, and professionals
* Practicing safe working practices
