Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponding to all customer enquiries via telephone and email, to provide information on projects, quotations, product offers, advice on specifications and lead times.To compile all quotations, interpreting the customers request and in line with the specification if relevant.Provide product guidance to customers and/or any stakeholders in the specification chain to promote the appropriate use and application of products.Ensure correct use and application of the pricing guidelines for all products at quotation stage.
