Year 6 Teacher - school information:
* Two-form entry primary school catering for pupils aged 4-11.
* Located in the borough of Croydon
* Most recent Ofsted inspection rated the school as Good.
* Strong links with the local community and active parental support.
* Focused on delivering a broad, engaging, and enriched curriculum.
* A team of supportive, collaborative staff who regularly share best practice.

Year 6 Teacher - key responsibilities:
* Teaching a class within Upper Key Stage 2.
* Leading a curriculum subject area (excluding Maths or English) - leadership responsibility not required for ECTs.
* Delivering and adapting the National Curriculum creatively and confidently.
* Actively participating in wider school life, including community events and enrichment activities.
Year 6 Teacher - candidate requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience teaching within Upper Key Stage 2.
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards of pupil achievement and behaviour.
* Ability to plan, deliver, and adapt high-quality lessons across the curriculum.
* Experience leading a curriculum subject area (not required for ECTs).
* Commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Enthusiasm for contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school.
