Real Estate Finance, London, 1+ PQE
Our international City firm client, a leader in the Real Estate sector, is looking for an Real Estate Finance solicitor with a minimum of 1 PQE to advise on the Finance aspects of Real Estate–backed transactions.
The market-leading Real Estate Finance team works with major banks, debt funds, insurers, financial institutions, investors, developers, blue-chip property companies and family offices on domestic and cross-border transactions across all asset classes.
In this role, you will work closely with Partners and colleagues across the team, with exposure to a wide range of Finance matters including; Development finance, Hotel finance, Islamic finance and Mezzanine finance, across sectors such as hotels & leisure, PRS, student accommodation, logistics and offices.
