What will you be doing?
Responsibilities may vary, based on the team you land in. Typically though, at Senior Manager level, you will be responsible for :
* Financial planning: you will own and develop Group financial planning processes, seeking out opportunities for simplification
* Automation: you will seek out and drive ways of working efficiencies, including driving automation initiatives
* Analysis & performance monitoring : you will support the production of f inancial analysis and make recommendations through business modelling
* Business partnering: you will present complex financials in an engaging way. You will business partner Opco and Central department leads, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
* Team management: you will manage, develop and coach a lean team
We tend to look for people with:
* Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries
* Good generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination
* Experience in an International or Pan-European environment
* Ability work in a fast paced environment with tight delivery targets
