Senior Project Manager Up to £70,000 (depending on experience) Based in London Hybrid Working Our client is a fast-growing technology MSP based in London, delivering strategic IT, security, and infrastructure solutions across a diverse client base. With a strong focus on consultancy, cloud (including Microsoft Azure), and ongoing support services, they’re offering an exciting opportunity to join their Consulting team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex, high-value technical projects - ranging from infrastructure migrations to network transformations - across multiple client environments. You’ll be expected to lead from the front, managing delivery hands-on while working closely with senior stakeholders. Alongside ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior PMs and helping to evolve internal delivery processes in a maturing, fast-paced environment. Role and Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of infrastructure, cloud, and security projects - including migrations and network transformations - for a varied client base. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects. Act as a senior escalation point for project issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in high-pressure environments. Coordinate internal consultants, engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless, end-to-end project execution. Support the onboarding of new clients and services, ensuring a smooth transition into operational support. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, KPIs, and reporting dashboards, using tools such as Halo PSA. Contribute to the evolution and maturity of internal delivery frameworks and best practices. Line manage and mentor junior project managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative, delivery-focused team culture. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects in a fast-paced, client-facing MSP or consultancy environment. Strong grasp of project governance, risk management, and service transition - especially in environments where processes are still maturing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership and clients directly. Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, Halo PSA). Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud (particularly Microsoft Azure), and cybersecurity project delivery. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a proactive, hands-on approach to delivery. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, balancing competing priorities and shifting demands. Experience in reporting, forecasting, and presenting project performance to senior stakeholders and internal leadership.
