With significant experience of working in the public sector, you will have extensive knowledge of the NHS with a thorough understanding of the estates and facilities functions and relevant statutory requirements. As an experienced project manager, you will be able to lead a complex multi-faceted transformation programme aimed at improving performance in a financially constrained environment. You will have the ability to lead and motivate a large diverse workforce to deliver the highest standard of service with a strong emphasis placed upon adherence to the Trust values and behaviours.
