Qualifications & Experience:
* A recent graduate or about to complete a RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying with at least a 2:1 (BSc or MSc).
* An enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for Building Surveying.
* Team-oriented, friendly, and interested in the APC pathway.
Full UK driving license required.
Key Duties:
* Assist team members both in-office and on-site visits.
* Support senior staff with Condition Surveys, Dilapidations, Schedules of Work, Party Wall Notices, etc.
* Gather and record information from inspections or site visits.
* Take measurements and produce plans (AutoCAD, Revit skills advantageous but not essential).
* Meet with professionals, clients, and others to exchange project information.
* Ensure safety at work.
