The Role Our People Plan Lead plays a pivotal role within the People Change & Solutions team, driving the delivery, governance and success of easyJet’s People transformation agenda. Sitting at the heart of the People function, this high-impact role works closely with senior stakeholders to bring clarity, structure and insight to our People Plan. If you enjoy turning strategy into action, navigating complexity and enabling others to deliver at pace, this role offers real opportunity to make a difference. You’ll oversee easyJet’s People change agenda, partnering with senior leaders to ensure People programmes and projects are prioritised, aligned to the People Strategy and delivered effectively. You’ll establish strong change governance, manage dependencies and risks, and provide clear reporting and analysis to the Chief People Officer and People Leadership Team. Alongside this, you’ll support People teams to deliver change on time and within budget, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure change lands successfully. What You’ll Bring You’ll bring strong project planning and change delivery experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple interdependencies — ideally within a People or HR environment. You’ll be highly analytical, adaptable and solutions-focused, comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity. With credibility and confidence, you’ll engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, helping to drive clarity, momentum and results. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
